Post: It’s December!

It’s December! And here are some gardening jobs you can be doing this month:-

– Finish preparing the ground for early spring sowings next year;

– Harvest winter crops – leeks, chard, salad leaves and winter radish;

– Plan the layout of your plot for next year including crop rotation;

– Order seeds, seed potatoes, onions and shallot setts;

– Check your garden tools to see what needs repairing, sharpening and cleaning.
